“Very good trainers, who take the time to explain and show you how you can improve technique, and are super encouraging. It is good that each participant can work at their own pace. I like the fact that members can have personal goals to work towards, and that they are helped and encouraged to pursue whatever it might be, eg. A certain weight, a distance run, or even one unassisted pull up”.
