Our boxing classes are run by our qualified Geelong personal trainers and are designed to increase you cardio fitness and burn serious calories. This form of training is fantastic for your upper body, arms and core, as well as speed, accuracy and coordination. We keep the movements simple and easy to learn to maximise intensity keep you working hard. Throughout the class you will also complete lower body and core exercises so every muscle in your body gets a workout maximising results!
