My philosophy: I want you to love how you train – not just enjoy the benefits. Because I don’t need to sell you the benefits of training – these are the result of your consistent effort.
How do you train consistently? You have the best environment to reach your health, fitness and weight loss goals. In other words, an environment that is so much fun you simply can’t stay away from it.
At Physical Aimz I will get you up and out of your current ‘comfort zone’ and into another that fires up your energy levels. I believe you should walk out of a Physical Aimz session absolutely pumped!
Our valued clients stay with us because they love the energy and expertise of Physical Aimz style training. It’s got to be fun, social and memorable. And you’ve got to get the most out of a session.
You don’t have to be physically coordinated because we keep everything simple and achievable. You don’t have to know what to do. You just have to show up.
After either a personal training or group training session you will feel so pumped up and excited you’ll want to share that feeling with everyone you know. Luckily for you, we have a supportive Facebook community to provide encouragement and motivation for when you are online and away from the gym.
What do I know?
I am a passionate and professional trainer with 12 years industry experience. With a background of competitive gymnastics I have always been dedicated to improving my own physical skills and being the best athlete I can be. Sharing this experience with my clients and watching them achieve goals they didn’t think possible is why I love what I do.
The health and fitness industry is constantly evolving and I strive to remain current and continually further my knowledge to provide the highest quality service to my clients and members. As well as being a member of nationally recognized organization, Physical Activity Australia, some of my qualifications include:
Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness instruction and personal training
Certificates in nutrition and weight loss
Olympic weightlifting certified coach
Level 1 and 2 in kettlebell lifting and instruction
Experienced Bootcamp and group fitness instructor
Resistance and functional movement specialist
