I’ve always been very active and was involved in competitive sport for most of my youth when for the first time in my life I found myself without any kind of outlet for physical activity. I had tried traditional gyms in the past but soon found myself to be one of those members who paid my money but never actually turned up! I was looking to try something new that was varied enough to keep me turning up each week and this is when I was introduced to Physical Aimz. It was the combination of the friendly atmosphere, varied and challenging training sessions and fantastic enthusiasm from the trainers that soon had me signed up as a member and attending up to 5 sessions a week. After training consistently for 3 years, my interest in the fitness industry was piqued and I decided to complete my Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness at the VFA in Geelong in 2013. From here I’ve never looked back and have been lucky enough to have some amazing role models to look up to and work alongside. Being at Physical Aimz is where I discovered my passion for group training as I find the community encouragement enables everyone to push that little bit harder and not give up! Being surrounded by like minded, positive people encourages everyone to stretch their limits, try something new and see where they end up! Training bootcamps has been my highlight so far as it’s so fantastic to see how every single participant makes that commitment to work harder and as a result, becomes stronger, faster, more capable and ultimately happier. It’s great to see what results can be achieved in a short space of time when you commit to consistent training. I believe that life is all about balance and finding the time each day to train is just as important as getting enough sleep, eating good food and surrounding yourself with positive people who love you – and most important of all is that you have fun! I look forward to being able to support you in achieving your health and fitness goals as well as continuing to be inspired by you all as I train alongside you, and have you push me to new limits! Registered with Fitness Australia as a Group Instructor and Personal Trainer
Thump Boxing Level 1 & Advanced Instructor
