When the weather is good some of our classes make the most of the local landmarks around Geelong, and our indoor workouts take place in a fully equipped gym in South Geelong.

Personal Training at the Gym

As with our Group training, we vary our personal training programs for your goals. Your personal trainer will sit down with you and tailor your work out and locations. Locations vary from the Geelong Eastern Beach stairs to Kardinia Park.

We are also have a range of protein products from  from BSC Body Science available for sale to help your recovery and muscle gain.
