Geelong Bootcamp

Physical Aimz Fitness is also proud to offer 4 week intensive outdoor Geelong Bootcamps throughout the year to mix up your training, challenge your body and establish new friendships along the way! In these Bootcamp Geelong sessions we combine bodyweight exercises and interval training with military style strength and conditioning techniques to create a fun and unique workout. We use equipment such as tyres, ropes, sleds and sandbags as well as the surrounding environment around Geelong to push our members out of their comfort zone, achieving incredible results. As well as providing our members with challenging workouts, each session is geared towards teamwork and building camaraderie, catering for all fitness levels.
